Great location in the city and easy to find. the newly built rooms are of good quality and offer great views outside. the staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with queries.

We stayed at a hotel that is conveniently located next to the train station, making it easy to explore different parts of England. the hotel is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants, allowing us to indulge in different cuisines. the room was spacious, clean, and provided a warm and comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and professional, ensuring that our needs were met. the breakfast offered a good selection of delicious food. the location, room, and service provided a pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business needs, with all the necessary facilities nearby. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. I was able to get a good night's sleep before my big meeting.

The overall experience was ruined by the poor customer service. The staff were unhelpful when I asked for a second room key, making it difficult to enter the room when returning from a night out.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Blackburn. the central location is perfect, just opposite the railway station and with ample free parking nearby. It made getting around town a breeze. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view from the window overlooking the Cathedral. It was a great way to start the day.

This hotel really impressed me with its great value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I loved the fact that there were two mirrors, one of which offered gorgeous views of the historic town, including the beautiful Cathedral.
